INFORMATION ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY WITHDRAWAL PROCESS
- University Withdrawal refers to discontinuing all classes for the current term a student is enrolled. A University Withdrawal occurs on or after the first day of classes, and prior to the University Withdrawal deadline.
To begin the University Withdrawal process, complete these steps:

- Students on Waco Campus: Contact the Center for Academic Success & Engagement in any of the following ways:
- in person: basement level of the West Wing of Sid Richardson during regular business hours (Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm)
- by phone: 254-710-8696
- by email: Withdraw@baylor.edu
- Students in the Louise Herrington School of Nursing (Dallas Campus): Contact the Associate Dean's Office for the exit interview.
- Online Graduate Students: Contact your advisor or program director for the exit interview.
